Call for Artists: Green Threads- Sustainable Fashion Show


Are you a designer with a passion for sustainability, creativity, and innovation in fashion? We invite you to submit your work for our upcoming Green Threads Fashion show, co-hosted by Tad More Tailoring, Severson Dells Nature Center, and The Norwegian. This event will celebrate eco-friendly designs, highlight sustainable practices, and showcase the incredible artistry of our community.


Submission Deadline:  Monday, February 17, 2025


Fashion Show Date: Wednesday, April 9, 2025


What We’re Looking For Designs that :

  • Use scrap and deadstock fabric provided by Tad More Tailoring. Designs must incorporate at least 50% of the fabric from Tad More scraps.
  • Align with nature, community, and environmental stewardship
  • Use innovative approaches to reducing fashion waste and rethinking traditional styles
  • Cover at least 70% of the body

*Designers must provide their own models

Designers will be notified by Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

Upcoming Partner Programs

    Cancellation Policy

    To be eligible for a fee refund or transfer, SDNC requires a 48-hour advance notice for all cancellations. Eligible cancelled registrations can either be refunded or applied to another registration. All refunded registrations are charged an administrative processing fee of 10%. Only in cases of extreme weather or other extenuating circumstances will SDNC cancel a scheduled program. All programs cancelled by SDNC will receive a full refund.
