Leader: Keith Blackmore. For ages: junior high to adult. We will begin with an introductory lecture about ponds and pond life and then spend a couple of hours exploring the pond environment and collecting representative organisms. The organisms will be identified, discussed, and released back into their natural community. Those who have hip boots or old sneakers and shorts can help with the sampling.
