Nature’s Apprentice is a 45-hour course exploring the natural history, plants, animals, habitat and ecosystems of northern Illinois, and the relationship humans have with nature.
It is open to the public and is designed to deepen the understanding of volunteers and educators about the region’s natural assets. They will learn how to better interpret the natural world for others.
Dates: *Jan. 8-Mar. 14, (Mon. & Wed.) 6-8:30 p.m., plus field trips.
