The Illinois Natural History Survey Traveling Science Center :: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
All ages and interests are invited to come see this incredible traveling display. The Traveling Science Center is a 320 square foot mobile classroom featuring informative panels on biodiversity, focusing on Illinois. Learn about the types of habitats, species diversity and geology of our region. Other topics include exotic invasive species and stewardship. Written activities are available for teachers to extend the TSC education experience to the classroom. Major funding for the TSC was provided by ComEd.
